​New to hooping? Curious about how much you can do since those long ago cane hoop days at primary school? Or would you like to add some hoop moves to your rollerskating?

I have a beginner session on Thursdays 7.00 to 8:00 at Tonsley Innovation Centre ( by the new Flinders University building  at Clovelly Park.)
 Cost is $20 an hour (plus booking fee)
I'll teach you some basic beginner moves that will develop your fitness and make you look great. And you can play with lightup hoops!  You'll want to bring your camera for this!
While you're learning, you'll be discovering the perfect hoop for you.... because we have lots to play with!  Hoops come in different sizes, weights and even shapes. There's no need to buy one in advance from a non-specialist store that may not suit you...use the samples at the class, and really target your equipment needs.
Our venue is lawned, well lit, with free and abundant parking and easy access off South Road, near Clovelly Park. We meet at MAB gate 1, on the lawn by the north end of the main Flinders Uni building, and there is plenty of free carparking nearby.
​You can even catch the train to the new Tonsley station, which is a 5 minute walk away from the venue..
