Make n play hoop days:
$40 per person includes hoop, tapes, photo session, and instruction...120 minute session.
Maximum 12  participants; minimum charge for any event, $100.
$30 deposit required on booking.
Venue; Flinders at Tonsley, or negotiated.
Please note: Tonsley venue is available only on weekends and after 6 pm weekdays. There is no hire fee for this venue.

Things to consider...
You will need a lot of space...about 1m by 1m per person for the crafting.
A large table for every 4 people is a good option.
You will need even more space for the movement section...about 3m by 3m per person, for safety.
Numbers are capped at 12 per session as some people may need extra help.
Children under 5 will require a lot of help.

Things that are positives
Teenagers love this kind of event and get very creative.
These hoops will last a very long time and do not break, and can be re-covered when your tastes change.
I do not use wind-on contact...my overtape system is  a much easier option, and doesn't chip off.
