Thanks to the Community Outreach Program at Burnside, free Fitness in the Park beginner hula hoop classes are being organised for every Wednesday from March 17 , 2021 to the last Wednesday in May, at 6 pm to 7 pm.
These classes have been very popular and due to the amount of hoops I bring, I cap numbers at 20 per session.
I bring a wide range of hoops, as different sizes suit different people, and you will be given the chance to buy your own at the venue.
If you bring your own hoops, you can come to every session regardless of numbers!
Come to the park at Stirling St, Tusmore, with water and clothes you can move in. Baggy clothes and jackets make hooping difficult, so wear things that fit fairly closely ( tshirts and leggings work well)
Bring water for the class, and a warm top for after.
